This was a fun project. My customer had painted handprints from all members of the family. We took pictures of these handprints and had them printed on to quilting fabric so it could be used in the quilt. Each family also submitted two pictures that were included as well. My favorite part of this family tree quilt is the tree trunk which has a picture of the married couple on their wedding day and 60 years later. Notice the sweet embroidery on the trunk as well.
